9's Lives - The Mourning After - Details & Thumbnails

This dark and atmospheric tale was completed for Show and Tell #2. Jared told me he is experimenting more and more with avoiding traditional panel structures, and is instead trying to let structure within the artwork serve as panel borders and gutters. It clear looking at this story that what results is a free-flowing sequence of images that are almost dream-like in their nature. Jared works as a commercial artist here in the Kansas City area.
